Pleiades Solutions takes care to ensure the accuracy of information published on Artisivo, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or error-free. Information specific to a trade business remains the responsibility of that business.
Electronic communications service
Artisivo presents its telecom service as a second professional mobile number, assigned by name to the tradesperson and usable exclusively from their mobile phone through the Artisivo application. The number is separate from the number on the tradesperson’s SIM card, and its routing relies on authorised electronic communications operators.
Access to an application from a mobile device does not, on its own, constitute mobile access or a mobile service within the meaning used by Arcep. This classification requires, in particular, that communication can be maintained while moving, with sufficient coverage and no mandatory dependence on another electronic communications service. Artisivo therefore distinguishes the mobile application from the underlying communications service and presents the plan as a genuine mobile service only when these properties are actually provided and verified.
Using Artisivo telephone fallback requires neither Wi-Fi nor a mobile data connection. If network quality does not allow communication to be maintained in the application, an automatic transfer calls the 4G/5G mobile line declared by the tradesperson. Reception then depends on voice coverage and the availability of that line with their mobile operator.
The tradesperson has control of use of the number assigned to them and the right to request its retention through portability, subject to the conditions provided by law and operators. The applicable rules confer a right to use the number; they do not constitute a civil property title. The request may be made at any time to support at [email protected].
